We are ready to celebrate concert number 100! Join us at Dokkhuset on December 1st 2024. Five sets of music with John Butcher/Axel Dörner/Xavier Charles, Jonathan Horne, Heida Mobeck/Jordan Sand/Tollef Østvang, Anna Ueland, Brede Sørum/Sondre Moshagen/Hans Hulbækmo, followed by DJ HTML Liability Blond. What an amazing journey it has been since we startet up back in 2013. More than 260 unique musicians from 25 different countries have performed at FRI FORM since our first concert on October 9th in 2013. Many of them several times. Looking forward to the next 100 concerts.

Jensen, T.J. Borden, Kalle Nyberg and Veslemøy Narvesen.

So happy to present these amazing bands and artists including Chris Pitsiokos, Lisa Ullén, Elsa Bergman, Anna Lund, Kalle Moberg, Paul Lytton, Philipp Wachsmann, Arne Bredesen, Jens-Jonas Francis Roberts, Georgia Wartel Collins, Marcio Gibson, Signe Emmeluth, Joel Ring, Magnus Skavhaug Nergaard, Marianne Baudouin Lie, Sissel Vera Pettersen, Lars Ove Fossheim, Bjørn Marius Hegge and the legendary Ayler Xmas project led by Mars Williams together with a handful of local improvisers from Trondheim.
FRI FORM is a concert series in Trondheim that focus on free improvisation. The concerts take place at Dokkhuset Scene. FRI FORM is organized and curated by the musicians Tollef Østvang, Jordan Sand and Tuva Olsson.
